Draw the flow. Grow the forms.

1. Main lines and branches. Drag with Main line to draw a new flow. Use Branch and start near an existing guide to attach an offshoot. Its root follows the parent. Blue arrows show direction.
2. Shape your guides. Select and drag blue handles. Double-click a guide to add a point. Select a line to reverse its flow, change its size, or detach an attached branch. Drag an attached root along its parent.
3. Direction and bursts. Follow the flow aligns pills, teardrops, and other forms to the local vector, including bends from effectors. Burst adds outward rays and smaller secondary explosions.
4. Local density. Choose Density, then click the paper. Positive values add candidates; negative values thin them. Reach sets the circle and Falloff softness blends into the surroundings. Shape spacing still limits how tightly they fit.
5. Your shape bank. Every family has an on/off switch, share, size, variation, and live count. Expand Pills for length and thickness; expand O rings for the opening size.
6. Size falloff. Growth has tip reduction, falloff rate, and child shape size. Switch off Reduce size along branches to stop automatic shrinking. Individual shape sizes and size variation still apply.
7. Hard size limits. Minimum shape width prevents details from becoming too delicate. Maximum shape length caps every generated form at any angle, including long pills and mirrored shapes.
8. Palettes. Filled mode includes five palettes. Colors can be mixed throughout or assigned consistently by shape family, branch generation, or main branch.
9. Scene animation. Capture at least two looks in Scenes, choose the transition time, then press Play. Sliders, shape settings, palettes, and existing effectors animate while your guide drawing stays fixed.
10. Color & recording. Choose Filled · colorful above the canvas. Clean view hides canvas guides and handles while keeping the sliders visible. A selected effector’s sliders move to the sidebar. Pop animation makes shapes grow in with a little bounce and shrink away. Press F or Escape to show the guides again.
11. Export. Set your paper size and line weight in Paper. Download SVG exports your pattern with no editing guides. Choose Outlines for the pen plotter, or Filled for a color SVG.
